CASTING TYPES OFFERED
We specialize in the supply and distribution of copper-based castings produced using three manufacturing methods: centrifugal casting, gravity casting, and continuous casting. The appropriate manufacturing process is selected based on the required geometry, mechanical properties, and application of the final component.
All castings are manufactured by certified foundry from bronze and brass alloys in accordance with international standards (DIN EN 1982:1998-12, PN-EN 1982, DIN 1705, 1709, 1714, PN 91/H-87026, ASTM B271, BS 1400).

We supply castings with full technical documentation, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. Upon request, we offer testing and inspections such as ultrasonic, X-ray, dye penetrant, and metallurgical testing, with certificates of conformity according to EN 10204 (2.2, 2.3, 3.1B, and 3.2).

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
QUALITY AND CERTIFICATES
Our suppliers follow quality assurance systems such as ISO 9001:2009, ISO 18001-2004, and ISO 14001-2005. They have their own laboratories to test the mechanical properties of products, including hardness, elongation, and micrometer measurements. They also conduct penetration and ultrasonic tests and issue certificates of compliance according to EN 10204-2.2, 2.3, and 3.1B standards. Additionally, they have an air-conditioned measuring room equipped with high-quality measuring tools that are regularly calibrated. The measuring equipment includes: calipers, altimeter, depth calipers, inside micrometers, bore gauges, outside micrometer and roughness tester.
